SPA

Body Treatments
A rejuvenating and nurturing hydrotherapy treatment that uses the healing touch and plant ingredients to create inner calm and renew the body and senses. Treatment begins with exfoliation, followed by a masque and wrap to smooth and detoxify. A vichy shower massage and restorative scalp, face and body massage completes this experience. Wraps will be customized based on season changes.

A customized massage experience implementing Aveda’s exclusive philosophies and aroma therapy creating ultimate balance for your health and relaxation. Warm Stone Massage	(90 minutes) $120
Transfer the energy and healing powers of smooth Basalt Lava stones used with essential oils. Small stones are placed on key energy points on the body, evoking an aura of warmth, while the deep penetrating heat from the stones is used to massage the body using traditional techniques to soothe away stress and to relieve muscle aches.

This ancient art of healing is based on the theory that all organs and muscle groups have corresponding reflexes in the hands and feet. By applying pressure to these reflexes, tension is released, fatigue is reduced and the overall physical balance of your body is improved.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE WAXING:
When you make a appointment for a waxing service, please make sure to have at least 1⁄4 inch of growth, or generally speaking 2-3 weeks of growth by your appointment date. This will ensure a successful service.

If you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Renova, Alpha-Hydroxy Products, blood thinners or have high antibiotic use, you may not be a good candidate for waxing. Certain physical conditions such as Diabetes, pregnancy or a predisposition to cold sores may cause heightened sensitivity of the skin.

One or two days before your appointment, you should exfoliate the area that is to be waxed. The day of the appointment, you should avoid using moisturizers. Please do not tan 24-48 hours before waxing as it can cause increased sensitivity.

Policies

APPOINTMENTS
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced. To ensure you get an appointment with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for single services. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa cancellation. A credit card may be necessary to hold a multiple service or spa package appointment.

CELL PHONES
So that all guests can relax while visiting us, we ask that all cell phones be turned off when entering the salon and spa. If you must make a call, please speak softly and keep the call to a minimum. If the call interrupts your service provider, your service may be discontinued and you will be responsible for the service.

CHILDREN
Please be aware that Christopher's is an adult facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. While we will gladly service children over the age of 10, we do not offer special pricing. At no time are children under 10 permitted in the spa area. Our guests expect, and deserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their service.

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robes/smocks that are provided.
